In order for it to animate, you need to watch it through a camera.

IF YOURE USING A SMARTPHONE
Open any camera app.
If the animation is blurry, add more light or decrease the exposure.
If the animation looks laggy, check your camera settings : record
at 30 fps.

IF YOURE USING A CAMERA
Set your cameras frame rate at 30 fps.
Set your shutter speed to manual mode and increase it.
Setting the shutter speed at 1/1000 works best.
